• Our Modern Reality

In our modern technical era, we have become accustomed to being able to access information and news instantly. Thanks to social media, we know what our friends are eating for dinner tonight, and with one simple finger movement we see international news happening on the other side of the world. We sit quietly on our sofa scrolling through our favorite apps and we are flooded with information; but at the same time something else is happening, we are becoming more and more alone.

Hiding behind the anonymity of our screens, people look for outlets in which they can vent their true feelings; unprovoked thoughts, vicious words, love and hate. But the screens we hide behind are only tools, they are not the master. People mustn’t forget that the tool should not be in control of the master.

  • About Creating Art

Human progress stems from the exploration of the unknown and the pursuit of art.

Contemporary painting has moved away from the stylized descriptions commonly seen in museums and books about art history; it has developed in a more diversified direction. The subject matter, technique, and medium of painting no longer have any restrictions, which means that there is no longer a standard answer for artistic creation, nor even a recognized direction. Art creation is no longer exclusive to elite artists, but exists today in a brand-new form, giving everyone the opportunity to become a creator of art. Self-expression, mindfulness and resilience are inherent properties in creativity and making art.

When we try to separate the creative process from the work of creating art, we find that once the artwork is created, it no longer belongs to the author alone, it also belongs to everyone who tries to interpret it. The framework planning and the burst of inspiration in the creative process are the joy of the creator alone.

We do not deny that works of art should have their practicality and social value, but we believe that artistic creation should also allow for an artist to be selfish, self-appreciating and self-satisfying. Based on this concept, we have changed, and we want to convey this feeling to anyone who enjoys creating art.

  • About ARTIFY

We are for people who want to make space for art and creativity in their lives.

We produce quality, thoughtful art supplies that make daily practice possible.

It is through constant reflection and progress that we are able to differentiate ourselves from our past selves. What ARTIFY wants to advance is the activity central to creation itself. Art is a journey, not a destination.
